Justice is a part of His character:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is the Rock, his work is perfect, for all his\nways are justice.  A God of faithfulness\nand without iniquity, just and upright is he (Deuteronomy 32:4)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Declare and present your case; let them take\ncounsel together!  Who told this long\nago?  Who declared it of old?  Was it not I, the Lord?  And there is no other god besides me, a just\nGod and a Savior; there is none besides me (Isaiah 45:21)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

God\u2019s Justice is declared to be:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plenteous<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Touching the Almighty, we cannot find him out: he\nis excellent in power, and in judgment, and in plenty of justice: he will not\nafflict (Job 37:23)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Incomparable<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who is like to you, O LORD, among the gods? who is\nlike you, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders? (Exodus\n15:11)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Incorruptible<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the Lord your God is God of gods and Lord of\nlords, the great, the mighty, and the awesome God, who is not partial and takes\nno bribe (Deuteronomy 10:17)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Impartial<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now then, let the fear of the Lord be upon you. Be\ncareful what you do, for there is no injustice with the Lord our God, or\npartiality or taking bribes (2 Chronicles 19:7)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Equitable<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Great in counsel and mighty in deed, whose eyes are\nopen to all the ways of the children of man, rewarding each one according to\nhis ways and according to the fruit of his deeds (Jeremiah 32:19)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unfailing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The just LORD is in the midst thereof; he will not\ndo iniquity: every morning doth he bring his judgment to light, he faileth not;\nbut the unjust knoweth no shame (Zephaniah 3:5)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Undeviating<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yea, surely God will not do wickedly, neither will\nthe Almighty pervert judgment (Job 34:12)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Without respect of persons:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For there is no respect of persons with God (Romans 2:11)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the wrongdoer will be paid back for the wrong\nhe has done: and there is no respect of persons (Colossians 3:25)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And if you call on him as Father who judges\nimpartially according to each one’s deeds, conduct yourselves with fear\nthroughout the time of your exile (1 Peter 1:17)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The habitation of His throne:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Righteousness and justice are the foundation of\nyour throne; steadfast love and faithfulness go before you (Psalm 89:14)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not to be sinned against:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All who found them have devoured them, and their\nenemies have said, \u2018We are not guilty, for they have sinned against the Lord,\ntheir habitation of righteousness, the Lord, the hope of their fathers. (Jeremiah\n50:7)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Denied by the ungodly:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yet your people say, \u2018The way of the Lord is not\njust,\u2019 when it is their own way that is not just (Ezekiel 33:17)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exhibited In:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Forgiving sins<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to\nforgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Redemption<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was to show his righteousness at the present\ntime, so that he might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in\nJesus (Romans 3:26)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His government<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For you have maintained my just cause; you have sat\non the throne, giving righteous judgment (Psalm 9:4)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But let him who boasts boast in this, that he\nunderstands and knows me, that I am the Lord who practices steadfast love,\njustice, and righteousness in the earth. For in these things I delight,\ndeclares the Lord (Jeremiah 9:24)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His judgments<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Far be it from you to do such a thing, to put the\nrighteous to death with the wicked, so that the righteous fare as the wicked!\nFar be that from you! Shall not the Judge of all the earth do what is just? (Genesis\n18:25)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For true and righteous are his judgments: for he\nhath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication,\nand hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand (Revelation\n19:2)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All His ways<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cYet you say, \u2018The way of the Lord is not just.\u2019\nHear now, O house of Israel: Is my way not just? Is it not your ways that are\nnot just? (Ezekiel 18:25)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The final judgment<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because he has fixed a day on which he will judge\nthe world in righteousness by a man whom he has appointed; and of this he has\ngiven assurance to all by raising him from the dead (Acts 17:31)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Acknowledge:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Against you, you only, have I sinned and done what\nis evil in your sight, so that you may be justified in your words and blameless\nin your judgment (Psalm 51:4)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By no means! Let God be true though every one were\na liar, as it is written, \u201cThat you may be justified in your words, and prevail\nwhen you are judged.\u201d (Romans 3:4)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Magnify:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
